How quickly do you deliver ? An expected delivery time is clearly shown for every item on the site. Delivery time varies depending on the product and how it is shipped to you. Many small or lightweight items are sent by first class post, and usually arrive within 1-2 days. Other items are sent by courier, and can take several days to be delivered (depending on the service used and your location). Extra time will be taken to despatch items that are hand-made, made to order or are personalised in some way. The delivery times given are the best we can provide, and can not be spead-up by additional payment for a faster delivery service.
How much does delivery cost ? UK shipping costs vary depending on the service selected. Please find a full list of services below: -
Can you ship overseas? Currently we only ship within the UK and Republic of Ireland. All overseas packages are sent by post, and usually take 5-9 days for European counties, 28-30 days for the rest of the world. Overseas delivery is subsidized and typically costs between fifteen to thirty pounds (depending on destination). Please see the table below for the estimated delivery cost for each region/country: -
Can I choose whether to send my order to my home, my workplace or directly to someone else? Yes, you can choose which delivery address you wish to send your item/s to at the checkout stage. If this address differs from your cardholder address we will need to take your landline telephone number (as known by your card company) as a security measure.
Gift wrapping/message It is free to include a message with your parcel if sending to someone else. Items can be gift wrapped if requested. This will cost £1.99 per order.
What happens if I don't like what I've ordered ? You have the same rights buying here as you would in any shop, and we offer a full 14 day "no-quibble" money back guarantee. Just send it back for whatever reason and we'll refund you in full (unless, of course, you prefer a replacement or an alternative item). This only applies for item not opened and/or used, and for people within the UK.
